Claims processing
Détroyat Aviationhas established and maintains an operational procedure for the rapid and efficient processing of complaints sent by its customers. Any complaints may be sent to Déroyat Aviation, 7 rue Alexandre Cabanel 75015 Paris, France. The company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum period of ten working days from receipt of the complaint, unless the response itself is provided to the client within this period. Unless duly justified special circumstances arise, it will provide a response to the customer within two months of receipt of the complaint. In the event of persistent disagreement, the client may contact a mediator.
This website is governed by French law and any dispute shall be referred to the French courts, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
